Refund Statement

If you wish to cancel from a workshop after payment has been received, a refund will be given, subject to a $50 administration fee, and providing notification is received 7 days before the workshop date. As workshop fees include catering and workshop materials, no refund will be available through non-attendance.

Can I park in Mercy Hospice Auckland grounds?

Car parking onsite is only available for patients and their visitors.
We suggest you either carpool, be dropped off, or use public transport.

If I register for a course and can not attend what do I do?

Contact the Education Administrator.

If I register for a course and do not turn up on the day, can I get a refund?

If you have not notified us one week prior to the course/workshop date we do not give a refund. You are still expected to pay for your place on the course/workshop.

How do I pay?
 

  • If you have registered by invoice you would have received an emailed link to your invoice, please note our bank account details are on the bottom of the invoice.
  • You can pay by: internet banking, deposit payment at your bank or post a cheque.
  • Please note we do prefer payment prior to the course/workshop date.
  • If you register by credit card you would have received an emailed link to your receipt.

Refunds

If you have notified us one week prior to the course/workshop date that you can not attend we will give a refund.

Can I transfer my registration over to same course but another date advertised?
