HNZ Fundamentals of Palliative Care Course for Pharmacists 2016 - 4 Learning Packages

Aim:

The HNZ Fundamentals of Palliative Care is a 10 learning package course, facilitated over 12 separate education sessions. It has been developed by Hospice New Zealand to support and educate people who are working with patients and families/whanau requiring a palliative care approach.

There are 4 learning packages in the 2016 course for pharmacists.

The ESSENCE OF PALLIATIVE CARE is the pre-requisite foundation learning package. You must attend this session prior to any others
