HNZ Fundamentals of Palliative Care Course 2018

in 2018! We are now able to offer this course FREE to
attendees working within the ADHB area.
The HNZ Fundamentals of Palliative Care is a 10 learning package course, facilitated over 12 separate education sessions. It has been developed by Hospice New Zealand to support and educate people who are working with patients and families/whanau requiring a palliative care approach.
The Pain & Symptom Management learning package is divided into three separate education sessions: Pain, Other Symptoms and Pharmacology.
You can choose to attend all learning packages of the full course or pick and choose learning packages that suit your learning requirements.

Important: Please inform the Education Administrator if you are not able to attend or you will be charged a non-attendance fee ($25 per session) if you do not cancel your registration prior to the course.
As pre-reading is emailed to attendees one week prior to each session, please ensure email addresses are correct on registration.
