Cin Cin on Quay
The ballroom looked stunning in shades of reds and splashes of white for that perfect look. John Hawkesby as auctioneer and entertainer extraordinaire did a fabulous job helping guests to donate and bid generously, raising $180,000.00 and keeping everybody rolling with laughter.
All meals were sublime, with Cin Cin on Quay being voted the Best Restaurant for their amazing Dessert: Caramel popcorn brulee, amaretto & vanilla snow matched perfectly with the Askerne 2009 late harvest Semillon, or the Mt Beautiful Cheviot Hills Rielsing.
Runners Up, Andiamo, presented their Mahy Farms slow braised beef cheeks, gremolata, smoked agria potato puree, vine ripened tomato bocconcini white anchovy. Matched to Coopers Creek Hawkes Bay Syrah Chalk Ridge.
