Our monthly giving programme
With more and more patients preferring to have their specialist care provided at home, there is a growing demand for hospice care in the community.
The Hospice Care Club is a monthly giving programme which enables our Community Care Team to provide specialist hospice care to patients and their families and whānau.
This ensures the Team are equipped with everything they need, which empowers patients to make the right decisions for their care at home. Monthly giving provides quality of life, to the end of life.
Rest assured, that should you wish to pause or stop your monthly donations at any time, this can be done immediately.

Continue the legacy after you have gone
A gift in your will to Mercy Hospice is a wonderful way to help people with a life-limiting illness live full, comfortable and dignified lives.
We appreciate that your will is a very personal matter and we endeavour to provide support with whatever decision you make.
The best ways to leave a lasting legacy and help ensure everyone receives the care they deserve are:
- A residuary gift, such as part of your estate, or
- A percentage gift, such as a percentage of your estate.

How your gift supports us
It is more than likely you have already been touched by the care Mercy Hospice gives our patients and their families. It does not matter the amount, a bequest from you will help us continue to provide this specialist end-of-life care, including bereavement counselling and ongoing support to the families.
The donations we receive help us to assist our patients and focus on their quality of life, as well as support those people who are important to them.
